*Position:* Admissions Counselor

*Summary:*

The Admissions Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive support to prospective students throughout the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of student abilities and be able to recommend suitable programs of study. They will also be responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions and helping students understand the admissions process. Regular follow-up for lead generation through tele-calling is also a key responsibility of this role. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for handling CRM and maintaining daily reports.

* Assess student abilities and recommend suitable programs of study

* Recommend courses

* Convert telephone inquiries into admissions

* Help students understand the admissions process

* Regularly follow up for lead generation through tele-calling

* Handle CRM and maintain daily reports

*Requirements:*

* Any graduate or postgraduate degree

* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi

* Experience in tele-counselling preferred.
