Job Title:Admission Counsellor- Edtech International Sales

Process: International (Voice)

Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Work Schedule: 5 days working (2 fixed weekly offs)

Work Location:

17th Cross Rd, Parangi Palaya, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560102

Role Overview

The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with international customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales. The role demands strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach while consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound sales calls from international customers
• Promote and sell company products and services effectively
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
• Follow company sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales or International Voice Process (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening)
• Comfortable working in fixed night shifts
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
