Admission Counsellor - Female Only

Job Summary:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment. You will play a key role in helping students choose the right courses, universities, and career paths while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Counsel students and parents on academic programs, course selection, and overseas education opportunities.

·      Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

·      Maintain detailed knowledge of courses, universities, and admission requirements.

·      Assist students with application forms and documentation

·      Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversion and admission targets are met.

·      Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.

·      Maintain a database of student information and manage CRM updates.

·      Achieve individual and team admission targets within given timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).

·      0–3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or sales (Freshers are welcome).

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Good command of English and local languages.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

·      Pleasant personality and student-friendly approach.
