Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore (Field-based)

Role ObjectiveWe are looking for two high-energy Sales professionals to drive revenue growth by selling our advertising solutions to local businesses and corporate clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deals—within your assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management: Own the North or South Bangalore market. Map out potential clients ranging from retail outlets and educational hubs to real estate developers.
• Business Development: Actively cold call, visit, and pitch to decision-makers (Owners, Marketing Managers, Agencies).
• Solution Selling: Understand client marketing goals and propose the right advertising packages to meet their ROI needs.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and provide weekly sales forecasts.
• Relationship Management: Ensure high client retention through excellent post-sales service and campaign reporting.
• Candidate ProfileExperience: Exactly 2–3 years in advertising sales (Print, OOH, Digital, or Radio).
• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the geography and business hubs of your assigned zone (e.g., Hebbal/Yelahanka for North; Jayanagar/Electronic City for South).
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a "consultative" sales approach, and the ability to work independently.
• Commute: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid license for daily field visits.
• Language: Fluency in English and Kannada is highly preferred to build rapport with local business owners.
