Advocate

DS-MAX is hiring for Senior Advocate with a strong background in real estate laws to manage legal matters, represent the organization in courts, and provide strategic legal advice. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of property laws, RERA regulations, contract management, and litigation handling.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Title deed verification , due diligence, property related legal opinion,

·        Handle the documentation case paper preparation related to litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution cases

·        Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as agreements, sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and contracts

·        Ensure compliance with applicable laws including RERA, land acquisition laws, and local property regulations

·        Provide legal opinions and risk assessments on property transactions and business decisions

·        Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies

·        Manage legal notices, replies, and case documentation

·        Support land acquisition, title due diligence, and project approvals

·        Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications of business operations

Key Skills & Competencies:

·        Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, land laws, and property regulations

·        Expertise in litigation and court procedures

·        Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·        Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

·        Good communication and stakeholder management skills

·        Qualifications:

·        LLB / LLM from a recognized university

·        Enrolled with Bar Council and valid license to practice

·        Proven experience in real estate legal matters and litigation
