A reputed Litigation Firm practising before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, District & Sessions Courts, Commercial Courts and NCLT/NCLAT, invites applications for the following positions:

1. SENIOR ASSOCIATE (4–5 YEARS PQE)Practice Areas:

Civil, Criminal and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• 4–5 years of active litigation experience.
• Experience in handling matters before:
• 
  
• District & Sessions Courts
• Commercial Courts
• High Court of Karnataka
• NCLT / NCLAT
• Sound knowledge of:
• 
  
• Code of Civil Procedure
• Code of Criminal Procedure
• Evidence Act
• Negotiable Instruments Act
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
• Ability to handle matters independently under supervision.
• Drafting of pleadings including plaints, written statements, applications, criminal pleadings and IBC petitions.
• Familiarity with e-filing, court procedures and daily court practice.
• Proficiency in Kannada is preferable.

2. PRINCIPAL / SENIOR ASSOCIATE (9–10 YEARS PQE)Practice Areas:

Civil, Criminal and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• 9–10 years of substantial litigation experience.
• Independent conduct of matters before:
• 
  
• Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka
• Commercial Courts
• Sessions Courts
• NCLT / NCLAT
• Experience in:
• 
  
• Writ proceedings
• Appeals, revisions and criminal petitions
• Arbitration matters including Section 34 & 37
• IBC litigation and CIRP-related proceedings
• Strong drafting and settling of pleadings.
• Experience in arguing interim and final matters.
• Ability to advise clients, plan litigation strategy and supervise junior associates.
• Proficiency in Kannada is highly preferable.
• General ConditionsCandidates must have strong court practice orientation.
• Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience and skill.
• Long-term commitment to litigation practice preferred.
