We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Title Lawyer to support property transactions through comprehensive legal review and documentation. The role involves reviewing and analyzing title documents, chain of title, encumbrances, and search reports to identify and mitigate risks. The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, conveyance deeds, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), powers of attorney, and ancillary transaction documents.

Responsibilities include advising on transaction structuring, coordinating legal due diligence with external counsels, surveyors, and title search agencies, and ensuring compliance with applicable real estate, stamp duty, and registration laws. The lawyer will support closings, resolve title defects, and provide clear legal opinions to stakeholders.

Qualifications: LL.B. with 5+ years of real estate experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound knowledge of property laws, and the ability to manage multiple transactions independently. Attention to detail and effective stakeholder coordination are essential.
