Aesthetician

Golden Ratio is looking for a well-groomed, confident Aesthetician & Front Desk Executive who can deliver high-quality facial and peel services while managing front-desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a pleasant personality, and hands-on experience in advanced skincare treatments.

This role requires a balance of clinical skill, customer handling, and sales-oriented communication

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical / Treatment Responsibilities
• Perform professional facials, clean-ups, chemical peels, and basic skin treatments
• Conduct basic skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and treatment room standards
• Assist senior therapists/PMU artists when required
• Reception & Client Handling ResponsibilitiesGreet clients professionally and ensure a premium in-studio experience
• Handle appointments, walk-ins, calls
• Manage billing, payments, and basic front-desk documentation
• Maintain client records and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification or training in Aesthetics / Cosmetology / Skincare
• Hands-on experience with facials and chemical peels (mandatory)
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of skincare products and protocols
• Comfortable handling premium clients
• Ability to multitask between treatments and reception duties

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or luxury salon
• Experience working with high-end or premium clients
• Well-groomed, punctual, and professional
