*Job Description*

Company Name- HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited

Job role- Agency Business Partner/Recruitment Manager/ Business Development Manager

Location- Work From Home

( You have to visit 2 times in a month to nearby HDFC Life Branch for the attendance) 

Main Work- Main work will be recruitment and team management,you have to recruit candidates and develop them for the higher job role. 

Timing - Flexible timing( you can work according to your availability) 

Selection process- Interview+ OTP verification+ Documentation+final level approval ( Level 1 and Level 2) +Training of 25 hours+ examination+ Practical Training ( in practical training you have to do one time sales part for the experience) 

After completion of your Practical Training you will be appointed as a Agency Business Partner. 

Salary-8500+1500+allowance + Incentives

Note- IRDAI examination fee is also charged from the Govt. Authority of IRDAI.
