Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our Life Insurance team in Bengaluru. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard life insurance advisors/agents.
• Train, motivate, and support agents to improve productivity and performance.
• Develop and expand the agency channel to meet business targets.
• Monitor agents’ sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and reviews with agents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and sales processes.
• Build strong relationships with agents and maintain high engagement levels.
