Assistant Agency Manager

Department: Health Insurance – Agency Model

Locations: Goa | Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit insurance agents from the field/open market.
• Activate and train newly appointed agents to drive business.
• Achieve assigned business targets through effective agent management.
• Maintain and update daily activity and performance records.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and agents.
• Work towards achieving key operational and sales objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0-3 years
• Freshers with good communication skills and local language fluency are welcome.
• Experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in the Insurance/BFSI sector) preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language: Proficiency in the local language is a must.

• All previous employment documents must be available and verifiable.
• Female candidates are highly preferred .
