Agency Manager

Leads a team of insurance agents, sets sales goals, and ensures they are met. They also recruit, train, and retain sales staff, and are responsible for promoting insurance products and services. This includes developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets. 

Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, including analyzing market trends and adjusting approaches. 

Client Relations: Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries. 

Recruitment & Training: Overseeing recruitment and training of new insurance agents, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated. 

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. 

Performance Management: Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and helping agents improve their skills and productivity. 

Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management. 

Business Growth: Contributing to the overall growth of the organization by meeting and exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
