Agency Manager

Job Role:

We are looking for Agency Managers who will recruit, train, and manage insurance agents and drive business through their agency network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance agents under them
• Train, motivate, and manage agent performance
• Generate business through agents
• Achieve team sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Support agents with product knowledge and closures

Required Skills:

• Experience in insurance agency/channel sales
• Strong recruitment and people management skills
• Leadership and target-handling capability
• Understanding of insurance products and processes
