About the Role: SBI Life Insurance is looking for a dynamic and responsible Agency Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Advisors. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the advisor team and ensuring achievement of company targets and objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit a team of Financial Advisors as per company guidelines.
• Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor the performance of advisors and ensure continuous improvement.
• Generate business through the advisor team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Guide advisors in understanding different life insurance products.
• Conduct regular meetings, sales activities, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers through advisors.
• Develop marketing and networking strategies to increase business.
• Requirements:Graduation preferred (any field).
• Experience in sales, insurance, BFSI, or team handling will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
