We are seeking a hands-on

AI Media Artist / AI Animation Generalist who can transform approved

educational scripts into polished, LMS-ready AI-driven videos using modern generative tools. This role is ideal for someone who values visual

clarity, tutor consistency, and academic standards—not experimental visuals.

What You’ll Work On·      AI tutor–led educational videos (short-form and long-form)

·      Subject-focused lessons

·      Visual explainers, diagrams, and simplified animated concepts

·      Consistent AI avatars, virtual environments, and branded assets

·      Clean, neutral, student-safe videos optimized for LMS delivery

Role OverviewYou will not be responsible

for scriptwriting.

Your primary responsibility is to bring approved scripts to life using AI tools across image,

video, audio, and light VFX, while ensuring visual

consistency, educational pacing, and production quality suitable for international LMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Image & Frame Generation·      Translate scripts and shot lists into clean, structured base frames

·      Use image-generation tools such as NanoBanana, Midjourney, SDXL, Krea, DALL·E, etc.

·      Maintain strict avatar consistency (face, attire, lighting, proportions)

·      Correct common AI artifacts (hands, facial distortions, lighting issues)

2. AI Video Generation·      Convert frames into stable, coherent video sequences

·      Use tools such as Kling,

Veo, Runway, Pika, Lumalabs, and similar platforms

·      Maintain continuity across wide, medium, and close-up shots

·      Ensure smooth motion and pacing appropriate for learning environments

3. Audio, Voice & Lip Sync·      Generate or integrate voiceovers using ElevenLabs or equivalent tools

·      Achieve accurate lip-sync and facial expressions

·      Add subtle background audio where required (without distraction)

·      Maintain a neutral, professional tutor tone

4. Light VFX & Compositing·      Add minimal visual effects (highlights, pointers, emphasis elements)

·      Enhance clarity and transitions using After Effects / CapCut

·      Improve lesson flow and visual continuity

5. Pipeline & Asset Management·      Follow established AI media workflows and SOPs

·      Maintain reusable libraries of tutors, environments, and assets

·      Document prompts, presets, and consistency rules

·      Continuously adapt pipelines as AI tools evolve

6. Quality Control·      Ensure visual, character, and brand consistency across lessons

·      Validate LMS readiness (framing, readability, visual safety)

·      Deliver polished, production-grade final outputs
