Job Title: Ambulance Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and skilled Ambulance Driver to transport patients safely and efficiently to and from healthcare facilities. The candidate must ensure timely response to emergency calls while maintaining patient comfort and adhering to traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the ambulance safely and quickly to emergency locations and healthcare facilities.
• Assist paramedics in loading and unloading patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during transit.
• Maintain communication with dispatchers and medical staff.
• Check and maintain the ambulance (fuel, cleanliness, basic maintenance).
• Follow all traffic laws while prioritizing emergency response.
• Keep accurate records of trips and patient transport details.
• Ensure emergency equipment in the vehicle is in working condition.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (LMV/HMV as per local regulations).
• Proven experience as a driver (ambulance driving preferred).
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and routes.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic first aid knowledge (preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
