ಕೆಲಸದ ವಿವರಣೆ:

ನಾವು ಸ್ಪ್ಲಾಶ್ ಇಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಸ್ನೇಹಪರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಕ್ತಿಯುತ ಫ್ರಂಟ್ ಆಫೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ / ರಿಸೆಪ್ಷನಿಸ್ಟ್‌ರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು, ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮುಖ್ಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು:

• ಸ್ಪ್ಲಾಶ್ ಇಟ್‌ಗೆ ಬರುವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಕೋರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಪರವಾಗಿ ಬರಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
• ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಪೇಂಟ್ಸ್, ಆಹಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಭೇಟಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಇತರ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
• ನೀಯಾನ್ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿ, ಅವರು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಆನಂದದ ಅನುಭವ ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
• ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕು.
• ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
• ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಸಂದರ್ಶಕರಿಗೂ ಧನಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆನಂದದ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Front Office Staff/Receptionist to join our team at Splashit. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area, assist customers with their needs, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at Splashit.
• Assist customers with paints, food, and any other needs during their visit.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers in the neon room and ensure they have a fun and safe experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and the entire facility.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
• Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
