Objective
Own app operations, adoption, and performance end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Manage catalog, customers, and issue resolution
- Onboard users and drive daily app usage
- Track MIS, targets vs performance, and product metrics
- Report bugs to tech team and ensure closure
- Act as single point of contact between business, users, and tech
Requirements
- Strong Excel & MIS skills
- Clear, confident communication
- High ownership; execution-first mindset
- Prior ops / customer success / app management experience preferred
Success = App adoption up, issues down, numbers tracked.
