• Qualification: SSLC / Diploma / ITI / 12th
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Trainees to support our manufacturing operations. The candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training and assist in production, quality checks, and basic maintenance activities while learning industry standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production activities on the shop floor
• Learn and follow manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, fabrication, or inspection
• Support quality inspection and documentation activities
• Operate basic machines/tools under supervision
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area (5S)
• Assist in reporting production data and daily logs
• Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and discipline

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings
• Knowledge of MS Office (basic level)
