- 🔔 Job Description: AR Caller (Medical Billing)
- Position: AR Caller / Accounts Receivable Executive
- Location: [Bangalore , Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune]
- Experience: 1+ Year in US Medical Billing (AR Calling)
- Shift: Day / Night Shift (US Shift)
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- 🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- • Call US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims
- • Analyze claim denials and take corrective actions
- • Verify claim status, payment details, and EOBs
- • Work on aging AR (30 / 60 / 90 / 120 days)
- • Resolve rejections, underpayments, and denials
- • Maintain accurate documentation of call notes and actions
- • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- 🧠Required Skills:
- • Strong knowledge of US medical billing & AR process
- • Experience with insurance follow-ups (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
- • Good communication skills in English
- • Familiar with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes
- • Ability to work on multiple payers and physician practices
- • Knowledge of denial management is a plus
- 🎓 Eligibility:
- • Any Graduate / Diploma
- • Immediate joiners preferred
- • Experience in physician billing is an advantage
