Job Description
We are looking for a skilled 2D & 3D Building Planner to develop accurate architectural drawings and realistic 3D visualizations for construction projects.
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.Plumbing and electrical drawings.
- Create 3D models, walkthroughs, and renderings for buildings.
- Modify and revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Prepare furniture layouts, and interior concepts as per project scope.
- Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, zoning regulations, and Vastu principles (if required).
