Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and 3D models

·        Prepare concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings

·        Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants

·        Ensure designs comply with local building codes, bylaws, and regulations

·        Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality

·        Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals

·        Manage design changes and provide technical support during execution

·        Maintain project documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

·        Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop (or similar tools)

·        Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills

·        Good knowledge of construction methods and materials

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·        Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

·        Experience in residential / commercial / real estate projects

·        Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices

·        Basic understanding of project management and budgeting

·        Client-facing experience
