Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects while ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and layouts
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams
• Visit sites and ensure work is executed as per drawings
• Review and approve plans, materials, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local building rules and safety standards
• Support project planning, costing, and execution
• Make necessary design changes based on site conditions
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp / Revit is a plus
• Strong design and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience:1–5 years (can be flexible based on role)
• Location:Sadhashivnagar, Bengaluru
• Note:Candidate should be willing to visit sites regularly
