Job Title: ArchitectDepartment: Design / ArchitectureReports To: Senior Architect / Project Manager / Director of ArchitectureJob Summary:The Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. This role involves creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with regulations, budgets, and client needs. The Architect collaborates with engineers, contractors, and clients from concept through completion to deliver high-quality architectural projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Prepare feasibility studies, site analyses, and environmental impact reports.
• Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements for new structures or renovations.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure design integrity.
• Produce construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
• Review and approve construction plans and ensure they comply with building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws.
• Oversee project progress during construction phases, conducting site visits and resolving design-related issues.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders using 3D renderings, models, or digital presentations.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Licensed Architect (RA / RIBA / equivalent) preferred or in process of licensure.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management (3–5+ years typical).
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working Conditions:Office-based with regular site visits.
• May require occasional travel depending on project location.
• Typical work hours: Monday–Friday, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
