Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Architect to work on various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning: Design and plan building projects, taking into account client requirements, budget, and regulatory compliance.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

3. Project Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.

4. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with regular project updates.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and laws.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture: A degree in Architecture

2. Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a construction company.

3. Professional Registration: Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) or equivalent is desirable.

4. Design Skills: Strong design skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
