Job Description
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
- Prepare 2D and 3D plans using architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Review contractor work to ensure alignment with design specifications
- Modify designs based on client feedback and site conditions
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
