Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architectural team in designing, planning, and executing construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, proficiency in architectural software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior architects in preparing concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed plans.
• Draft and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and support project coordination.
• Prepare presentations, 3D models, and illustrations for client meetings.
• Support in preparing BOQs, materials lists, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Research materials, building codes, and design trends.
• Ensure design compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture / B.Arch from an accredited institution.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience0–2 years of relevant work experience (freshers are welcome).
• Internship experience in architectural firms is a plus.
