About the Role

Garuda Elevators is looking for a confident female executive to promote our premium home lift solutions to architects and interior designers.

This role focuses on design presentations, brand positioning, and specification — not aggressive sales.

What You Will Do

Meet architects & designers (pre-scheduled visits only)

Present Garuda’s home & bungalow lift solutions

Support architects in planning, layouts & specifications

Get Garuda specified in drawings / BOQs

Coordinate leads with internal sales team

What You Will NOT Do

❌ Cold calling

❌ Site chasing

❌ Payment follow-ups

❌ Pressure sales

Earning Potential (Clearly Defined 💰)

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Incentive on Every Architect Conversion:

₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per confirmed home lift order

No upper limit on incentives

High-value bungalow projects = higher incentive payout

👉 One good architect can generate multiple projects per year

Ideal Candidate

Female candidates preferred

Background in interior Design/ Building Materials (or strong presentation skills)

0–4 years experience (freshers welcome)

Comfortable with professional client interaction
