Experience Range: 1–7 years

We are looking for an Area Operations Manager to manage multi‑site operations for ValetEZ within a defined geography. The role includes team management, client interaction, incident handling and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites (parking/valet/client locations).
• Ensure adequate staffing, discipline and performance of supervisors, valets and attendants.
• Monitor site performance, audits, revenue leakages and compliance.
• Handle client meetings, escalations and regular performance reviews.
• Lead incident management and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
• Coordinate with HR, Deployment, Tech and Accounts for smooth operations.
• Required Skills & Qualifications3–7 years’ experience in multi‑site operations (parking, facility management, logistics, hospitality or similar).
• Proven experience in client handling and incident management.
• Strong people‑management and field‑execution skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across sites.
