The company has permanently branded the milk delivery service offered by BigBasket as BB-Daily. This is a subscription service which lets customers order for milk and other regular essentials the previous night and delivers the items to them the next morning. The BigBasket coupons make this regular shopping experience an inexpensive one.


Role: Area Relationship Executive


Department: Sales

Nature of Work: B2C Field Sales.

CTC –  Up to 3.3L (Fixed) + 0.6L (Variable Pay).


Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers for their daily needs needs through our BB Daily Application (Subscription).
  • Drive strategy and execution for Sales, coordinating with customers, acquire Customer by driving BTL Activities, individual door to door activity.
  • Fix appointments and conduct daily basis including follow up sessions.
  • Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective daily needs with BB Daily methods.
  • Create the need for Smart and advise customers to buy BB Daily Subscription as solution.
  • Handle Objections and generate Sales Revenue and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any graduate can apply & P.U also Acceptable.
  • Experience - 0 to 2 years into Field sales.
  • Result driven with experience of extremely target centric job preferably from B2C.
  • Must be comfortable in different working shifts.
  • Should have Two-wheeler &amp, android smart phone background.
  • Must have Good English Communication Skill.
