Job Description: Area Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Residential Sales
Salary: ₹6 LPA (Fixed + Attractive Incentives)

Role ObjectiveAs an ASM, you will be responsible for driving property sales within your assigned territory. You will act as a consultant to potential homebuyers, guiding them from lead generation to final deal closure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales: Visit potential buyers on-ground and conduct property site visits.
- Lead Conversion: Convert company-assigned leads into successful sales through effective pitching and follow-ups.
- Negotiation: Manage price negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure win-win deal closures.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, society committees, and potential clients.
- Cross-Selling: Pitch NoBroker’s value-added services (Legal, Home Loans, Painting, etc.) to provide a complete experience.
- Reporting: Maintain daily reports on visits, conversions, and market feedback.
- Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 2–5 years in Real Estate sales, Field sales, or B2C sales.
- Education: Graduate (Any stream).
- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local regional language.
- Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with a 6-day work week (weekends are working days).
