Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG products to promote our Vernol Antiseptic Liquid for our Bangalore location


Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Business Planning & Execution

o Understand the annual business plan and cascade it into quarterly/monthly targets.

o Align plans with past sales trends and market realities.

o Develop geography/business partner-wise sales plans.

• 🔍 Sales Funnel & Forecasting

o Build and maintain a robust sales funnel through effective forecasting.

o Track daily sales performance using the management system.

o Identify variances and drive corrective actions promptly.

• 🚚 Operations & Collections

o Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely collections post sales.

o Drive operational excellence in coordination with partners and internal teams.

• 🌐 Market Development

o Analyze market/geography complexities to build brand awareness.

o Identify and develop new business opportunities, products, and services.

• 🤝 Customer & Partner Engagement

o Strengthen consumer and partner relationships to ensure seamless service.

o Deliver customer delight through proactive engagement and support.

• 👥 Team Leadership

o Motivate and guide the team to achieve high performance.

o Conduct regular performance reviews to identify strengths and development areas.

o Ensure adequate training for handling organizational, channel, and market requirements.

• ⚙ Process Improvement

• Identify avenues for improvement in current business systems and processes.

• Implement enhancements aligned with organizational context.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales (mandatory).

• Proven track record in retail/B2C sales.

Skills Required

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Strong business acumen and market sense.

• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

• Initiative, enthusiasm, and result-oriented mindset.
