Key Responsibilities:

  • The employee will receive company-assigned leads and schedules and will coordinate with clients to conduct field visits and property showings.
  • The employee will be responsible for understanding the customer’s exact requirements and aligning them with suitable property options by presenting alternative properties as needed.
  • The employee will also be required to generate new potential customers and manage price negotiations between both parties to ensure successful closures.
  • The role includes cross-selling and effectively pitching the company’s legal services to customers.
  • The employee will be responsible for managing properties across properties and must be flexible to change job locations within an assigned 10–15 km area based on business requirements.
  • This position is open only to experienced candidates with relevant field or real estate experience.
