Job Description : SRS Academy PU College is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our admissions and student enrollment process. The ideal candidate will drive student admissions through effective marketing, counseling, and team coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities Plan and execute student admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Manage inquiries and follow up with prospective students and parents.
  • Conduct counseling sessions, campus visits, and admission presentations.
  • Build relationships with schools, parents, and education consultants.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the admissions team, achieving targets and managing the sales team.
  • Track and report daily/weekly admission metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and events.
  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in education sales/admissions counseling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in PU/college admissions will be an added advantage.
