Job Summary We are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead field sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of sales executives within an assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, improving customer acquisition, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in the real estate services domain.
- Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Managers.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
- Plan and execute local sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Monitor team performance, conduct daily reviews, training, and coaching sessions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Analyse sales data, prepare MIS reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams for smooth execution.
- 3–7 years of experience in field sales, real estate sales, or B2C/B2B sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and sales metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
