Job Summary We are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead field sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of sales executives within an assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, improving customer acquisition, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in the real estate services domain.

  • Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Managers.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Plan and execute local sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct daily reviews, training, and coaching sessions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Analyse sales data, prepare MIS reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and service quality standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams for smooth execution.
  • 3–7 years of experience in field sales, real estate sales, or B2C/B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and sales metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
