Job Description

Job PurposeThe Sell-Out Manager (SOM) in Consumer Goods and Electronics

Industry will beresponsible for driving Extended Warranty sales execution through Retailers on ElectronicsProducts such as TV, AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine etc.

He/She will be responsible for market development, sales initiatives, ensuring visibility, andmaximizing sell-out by onboarding dealer/distributors.Key Roles & Responsibilities Drive Sales of Extended Warranty across product groups and dealer accounts. Drive achievement of store-level sales targets in line with sales strategies. Enhance counter share at each store with maximizing attachment rate of ExtendedWarranties on electronic appliances. Appoint and onboard new dealers; ensure effective coverage and conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers/distributors to execute sell-outstrategies effectively. Develop structured visit frequency for all dealers/distributors in his territory. Communicate pricing, schemes, and promotions to dealers/distributors in a timelymanner. Ensure proper deployment and visibility of marketing collateral atdealers/distributors touchpoints. Monitor effective execution of in-store branding and display standards. Conduct monthly performance reviews with dealers/distributors and there In StorePromotors/Demonstrators (ISPs/ISDs) Train and mentor in-shop promoters and salesmen with adequate ExtendedWarranty related knowledge. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for queries of dealers/distributorsand their employees.Desired Candidate Profile Graduate (preferred: Business/Commerce/Marketing). 3–5 years of experience in consumer electronics / appliances industry, preferably in sales,retail activation, or channel management. Strong understanding of dealer-distributor-retailer ecosystem. Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and analysis. Willingness to travel across assigned markets.
