A. Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

To generate lead, prospecting and convert to sale.

Project mapping

in the defined area and meeting architects, designers,

contractors, Builders, corporate, individual Customer etc...

 Know your competition in the market and feedback to the organization.

B. Key Result Areas

Sales: 1. Sales generation and Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target.

2. Ensures effective market coverage in Bengaluru area.

3. Meeting with architects, contractors, consultants, builders and generate lead

4. Market Mapping and coverage plan to visit, builders, designer and architects.

5. Map high end residential projects and commercial projects to enhance sales

6. Account mapping for architect Accounts, large customer account

Network:

Does proper mapping of network of builders and architects, Dealers, PMCs, Contractors

Project execution follow up and identify new potential customers in the territory.

Reporting:

Send DSR and weekly JCP on weekly, monthly & yearly       

Prepare monthly MIS and share feedback on trends and competition in the market
