Job Description

Minimum 3 year experience as an Area/Operational/Cluster Manager in any retail apparel stores (Mandatory).
Guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
Manage Multiple stores operations, SOP, KPI’s & sales targets.
Efficiency in improving new sales techniques and Sales trainings
Guide and motivate the sales team to maximize revenue.
Manage stores operations & sales targets.
Efficiency in improving new sales techniques.
Profit and loss account management across the region.
People Management, Training & Motivation.
Work On improving service and increase Foot falls.
Guide Customer relationship management and Cash management
