Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven B2B Sales Manager to expand our frozen food distribution network across Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) and growing repeat business. This is a field-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities·
Identify and approach cafes, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and hotels
· Pitch frozen products like samosas, parathas, snacks, gravies, etc.
· Generate new B2B leads daily
· Conduct product trials and sampling
· Negotiate pricing and close bulk deals
· Achieve monthly sales targets
· Maintain relationships with existing clients
· Coordinate with central kitchen & dispatch team for smooth supply
· Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
