Job Description
We are looking for an experienced field-based sales professional to lead architect and interior designer relationships for premium, customized luxury products.
The role involves direct engagement with architects, project conversion, and expansion into new cities, along with guiding existing Key Account Managers to achieve higher sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect & Designer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading architects and interior designers.
- Conduct regular studio visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure product specification in high-value residential and commercial projects.
2. Project Sales & Revenue Growth
- Generate and convert large-value project enquiries.
- Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams for smooth delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
3. Team Coordination
- Guide and support Key Account Managers in follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
- Monitor pipeline, conversions, and client engagement quality.
4. Market Expansion
- Travel to priority metro cities to develop architect networks and new opportunities.
- Identify flagship projects and build long-term regional presence.
