Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth by appointing new distributors under the Super Stockist and expanding retailer coverage in the assigned territory. Ensures effective distribution, market penetration, and achievement of sales targets.


Key Responsibilities :


Identify and appoint new distributors under the Super Stockist.

  • Expand retailer network through distributors.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Ensure proper distributor coverage and market expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Super Stockists, distributors, and retailers.
  • Monitor distributor stock levels, sales performance, and order planning.
  • Conduct regular market visits and ensure execution of sales plans.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Submit timely sales and market reports.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of sales experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Distribution-driven industries.
  • Strong experience in distributor appointment and retailer expansion.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
