🎯 Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Bangalore region.

Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.

Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and retailers.

Identify new business opportunities and drive project sales.

Conduct regular market visits and submit performance reports.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

✅ Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of sales experience.

Experience in the building materials industry will be an added advantage.

Strong dealer and distributor management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby areas.
