Job Title: Field Service – ASP Service Centre

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview:

LRP CAPTIVATORS is hiring a Field Service Professional to manage and support Authorized Service Partner (ASP) service centre operations across multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery through a combination of on-site coordination and remote management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage field operations across India, base location would be Banglore.

Coordinate daily field service activities both on-site and remotely

Ensure adherence to service standards, turnaround time (TAT), and quality benchmarks

Monitor customer satisfaction and service performance across all locations

Guide, support, and supervise service centre staff and field technicians

Handle service escalations and ensure timely resolution

Prepare and submit regular MIS and performance reports

Travel to service locations as and when required

Candidate Requirements:

Must be based in Bangalore

Willing and able to work remotely when required

Experience in field service operations or service centre management

Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently

Willingness to travel

Preferred Skills:

Experience in ASP or service industry will be an added advantage

Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000, based on experience and skills
