ArtCAM Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Artcam Designer to create detailed 2D and 3D designs for CNC machining using ArtCAM software. The role involves designing artistic and functional components, preparing toolpaths, and ensuring high-quality output for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D & 3D models using ArtCAM software
• Design relief work, engravings, and decorative elements
• Generate and optimize toolpaths for CNC machines
• Convert design concepts into machine-ready files (G-code)
• Collaborate with production and CNC operators
• Ensure accuracy and quality of designs before production
• Modify and improve designs based on client or production feedback
• Maintain proper documentation of design files 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ArtCAM software
• Understanding of CAD/CAM principles
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining and toolpaths
• Familiarity with G-code basics
• Good design and visualization skills
• Attention to detail and precision

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD / Fusion 360 / SolidWorks
• Knowledge of materials like wood, acrylic, metal
• Artistic skills for decorative designs
• Experience in furniture, signage, or product design
