• Job Title: Assembler
• Reporting to: Production Supervisor / Assembly Line Leader
• Location: Company Production Floor
• Working Hours & Shifts: Regular shift / Shift-based (overtime may be required based on production needs)
• Salary Range: Negotiable based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products or components according to company work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Ensure the assembly process complies with quality standards and operational specifications.
• Correctly and safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements; immediately report any issues found.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, strictly adhering to the company's 5S management system.
• Cooperate with production schedules and volume targets to complete assembly tasks on time.
• Assist with product packaging or related subsequent processes.
• Participate in necessary training to continuously improve assembly skills and quality awareness.

Qualifications:

• High school / vocational school diploma (or equivalent) or above; ITI or mechanical background is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing; candidates without experience are trainable.
• Manual dexterity, normal vision, and capable of performing detailed work.
• Capable of standing for long periods with good physical stamina.
• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and willingness to learn new skills.

Skills & Competencies:

• Able to read simple assembly drawings or work instructions.
• Basic proficiency in using hand tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness.
• Good learning ability and execution skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, capable of processing English documents and emails.
