Asset Executive

* Maintain and update asset inventory records (IT assets, furniture, access cards, equipment, etc.)

* Assist in asset allocation and retrieval for new joiners, exits, and transfers

* Coordinate with HR, IT, Facilities, and Admin teams for asset-related requirements

* Support asset audits (physical verification vs system records)

* Track repairs, replacements, and warranties of assets

* Coordinate with vendors for procurement, servicing, and maintenance

* Prepare and maintain handover / takeover documentation

* Ensure assets are properly tagged, stored, and accounted for

* Report asset discrepancies, losses, or damages to seniors

* Require multi-site visits
