Job Description
ARG – Additional Revenue Generation
ABMs
1. Four products – they will be handling –
a. GoBike- EV Bike/Scooter – END consumer
b. Gogas Commercial Cylinder - Direct Sales- End user
c. LPG Conversion Kits – for 4 wheeler’s/3 wheelers
d. ALDS – Station – Sales Enhancement, Fore court Management, Station Management , Customer Management
AGE – 35 to 45 yrs
BM- Salary + incentives – Age 25 to 30 – Males
1. sales experience BM
2. Should have handled sizeable team of 10 to 15- BM and ABM ok
3. Knowledge – Direct Sales/Distribution/Inventory/Logistics etc – BM/ABM
4. Digital world – knowhow and Tech Savvy
5. Travelling shouldn’t be constraint- BM/ABM
6. Skills – Selling, Communication skills ( local language must + additional English must + Additional one more ( bonus) , Marketing Acumen, Passion towards sales – BM/ABM

Communication Skills – Articulating thoughts clearly and confidently in multiple languages (bonus if they use a third language).
Leadership & Team Handling – Ability to manage a team efficiently.
Sales Knowledge – Deep understanding of direct sales, distribution, and digital sales processes.

Passion & Enthusiasm – Demonstration of their dedication and excitement for sales.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Assistant Business Manager:
1. Go Bike (EV Bike/Scooter):
Drive sales to end consumers through direct and indirect channels.
Promote eco-friendly transportation and market benefits.
2. Go Gas Commercial Cylinder:
Lead direct sales to commercial end users.
Build and manage customer relationships to boost recurring orders.
3. LPG Conversion Kits (4W/3W):
Expand market for LPG conversion kits in the automotive sector.
Collaborate with auto dealers and service providers for kit installations.
4. ALDS Station(Auto LPG Dispensing Station):
Enhance sales and manage forecourt operations.
Oversee station management, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Each product line requires targeted sales strategies, team coordination, and customer management
