• Convert leads into paid memberships and consistently meet sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups & conversions

• Share customer feedback to help improve service quality

**🔹 Qualifications**

• 10th / 12th Pass or above

• Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus

• Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills

• Ability to handle objections confidently

• Target-driven and able to work under pressure
