Job Title: Assistant CRM Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant CRM Manager – Post Sales to manage and enhance the post-sales customer experience. The role involves handling customer follow-ups, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of all post-sales activities to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end post-sales activities for real estate customers
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with customers after sales closure
  • Handle, verify, and maintain all customer documentation including booking forms, agreements, and registration papers
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless post-sales execution
  • Track and ensure timely collection of pending documents and payments
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data and transaction details
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently
  • Support registration, possession, and handover processes
  • Work towards improving overall customer experience and satisfaction

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of CRM processes and tools
  • Knowledge of real estate post-sales procedures and documentation
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 5–8 years of experience in CRM/post-sales roles within the real estate sector
  • Experience in handling customer lifecycle management and documentation processes
