Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bring new Clients on board and maintain relationships with existing
customers.

and meet of walking customers.

Calling given data and arranging site visits.
4. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing
organization standards.

5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.

6. Compare
a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its
competitive market price.

7. Appraise
property values.

8. Advise
clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and
related matters.

9. Promote
sales of properties through advertisements and marketing campaign.

10. Accompany
buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the
suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
